In partnership with Snehalaya, we’ve been working for the past three years to empower underprivileged youth by addressing the challenges they face in slums, orphanages, rural, and tribal areas. Your role will involve managing and implementing programs that focus on emotional empowerment, career guidance, skill development, and social integration. This is an opportunity to directly impact the lives of adolescents transitioning out of Child Care Institutions (CCIs) and orphanages.

Continuous learning and professional growth are encouraged, as we believe in fostering a nurturing space for both our team and the youth we serve.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Snehalaya’s team, volunteers, and trainers to implement Sachet Foundation’s programs at Snehasparsh Rehabilitation Center.
- Manage the four-stage intervention approach: emotional empowerment, career exploration, skill building, and workforce readiness.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, field visits, and training sessions to expose youth to different career opportunities.
- Provide personalized career counseling to adolescents, helping them plan their future.
- Track program outcomes using Sachet Foundation’s proprietary software for real-time data monitoring.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Conduct social navigation training to prepare youth for workplace integration and independent living.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in program coordination or working in the social sector, especially with youth or vulnerable populations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a passion for social work.
- Familiarity with the challenges faced by youth transitioning from CCIs or orphanages.
- Proficiency in basic software tools like MS Office, G-Suite, and Notion with experience in data-driven monitoring and reporting.
Compensation
- Monthly salary range: ₹15K to ₹18K (₹180K to ₹216K annually).
- Final salary will be decided based on the candidate's skills, experience, and performance during the interview process.
Our Benefits
- Competitive salary with opportunities for growth within the organization.
- Flexible working hours and the ability to work with a passionate, purpose-driven team.
- Opportunities for professional development, including workshops and training programs.
- Meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of youth and contributes to long-term social change.
